Robert Dymont Described as "the Lee Iacocca of the real estate industry" by a leading trade publication, Robert Dymont is one of the most experienced business and real estate veterans in Canada. He ‘lives’ the industry and intimately understands the people behind it, As former President and CEO of the Sutton Group, Robert expanded this firm from 38 offices to 138 offices with 7,200 realtors, creating one of North America’s largest real estate companies. During this time Robert also pioneered the fee-for-service concept in real estate franchising. Robert was also formerly the Director of Franchising for RE/MAX, developing national locations and helping to increase the company’s growth by 600 percent. As President and CEO of Realty World, Robert took the once floundering company from a small firm to a global corporation with12,000 realtors and over 800 offices in North America and Asia within three and a half years. He has been an Advisory Board member of a major fast food corporation, and served on Boards for an ice cream chain, a bio-medical tech company, medical clinics, hi-tech companies, financial corporations, a mining group and a bottling firm. Linda Joan Dymont A 35 year track record in three provinces -- Linda has been successfully selling real estate and supervising commercial and residential property portfolios in Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary and Winnipeg for 35 years. Being able to manage managers means she never misses a single detail. Linda was General Manager of property management for Grosvenor International’s Georgia Management in Vancouver for five years, where she supervised staff, all administration and accounting. She also held the position of Senior Property Administrator at the Standard Life Assurance Company for four years, overseeing administration of commercial and residential property portfolios, in addition to supervising the staff, accounting and property managers. Linda was also Manager of the Edmonton and Winnipeg regions for Fidinam (Canada), based in Edmonton for three years. She was formerly Property Manager for York Hanover Developments Ltd., based in Winnipeg, and, before that was Property Manager for Polaris Realty Western Ltd. Linda also co-owns Vamp International Holdings with Robert, a prominent 13 year old consulting firm which has played a vital consulting role for large companies including Sutton Realty, Re/Max of Western Canada and Pacific Northwest, Realty World International, Hyperstealth Technologies, Black Ink Consultants, and several legal firms.
