 We give you full access to search the MLS in real time like the Pros, when ever you want to, day or night, through our website. This also includes, of course, the fact that not only all agents but all buyers are also exposed to your property information 24 hours a day. We proactively search for homes NOT LISTED on MLS from our database in addition to previously expired and cancelled listings on MLS (just in case), in addition to those which are For Sale By Owner.

Maximum exposure. In addition to advertising in regional newspapers and direct mail campaigns, we go a step further. We also use an old-fashioned community approach that includes talking to agents, friends and area businesses for their input.
